These terms are an agreement between you and Morning Breeze LLC (“we”, “us”), an independent game studio based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, USA. They apply to our mobile games — including Slide2Go — and to this website.
By downloading, installing, or playing our games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The game is free to play and supported by ads. You can buy Remove Ads once to turn off the ads we show you automatically.
There are no accounts. Your progress lives on your device, so deleting the app deletes your progress.
Purchases are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them, not by us.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment. We keep all other rights.

Slide2Go offers Remove Ads, a one-time purchase at the price shown in your app store for your country. What it does:
Rewarded videos stay available. Those are the ads you choose to start yourself — in the Garage or the Character Collection — to unlock an item early. They are never shown automatically, and Remove Ads does not take them away.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms. We never see or handle your payment details. If you reinstall the game or move to a new device on the same store account, use Restore Purchases in Settings to get your purchase back. Refund requests go to Apple or Google, since they are the seller of record.
Our games are supported by advertising delivered by Google AdMob. We do not control which specific ads appear, and showing an ad is not an endorsement of the advertiser or its product. What information is involved, and the choices you have, are described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not ask you to create an account. Your progress, settings, and purchase state are stored on your device. If you delete the game, that data goes with it, and we cannot restore it — with the exception of store purchases, which can be restored as described above.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and why. It forms part of these terms.
Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update the game, change or remove features, and adjust game balance. We may also stop publishing a game or a feature. Where a change would remove something you have paid for, we will try to provide a fair equivalent, but we cannot promise that any game or feature will remain available forever.
The game, its name, artwork, characters, music, sound effects, and code belong to Morning Breeze LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morning Breeze LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including lost progress. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If you downloaded the game from the App Store, this agreement is between you and Morning Breeze LLC only — not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Support questions should come to us at the address below.
If you downloaded the game from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the game.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live outside the United States, this does not deprive you of the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
We may update these terms as the game changes. The date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
