Morning Breeze LLC (“we”, “us”) is an independent game studio based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, USA. This policy explains what information our games and this website collect, why, and what choices you have.
It applies to our mobile games — including Slide2Go — and to this website.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or phone number. Your game progress stays on your device.
Our games are free and supported by ads. Our advertising partner, Google AdMob, collects certain device and advertising information in order to show those ads. That is the main way information about you leaves your device.
Our mobile games display ads served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as:
Google acts as an independent controller of this data. Its handling is governed by Google’s own policies rather than this one — see Google’s Privacy & Terms for partners and how Google uses data in AdMob.
If you tap the “Support” link inside a game, your device opens your own email app with a message drafted for you. That draft includes the app version, your device model and operating system version, and a device-generated game identifier — details that help us reproduce the problem you are reporting.
Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it, and it is sent from your own email account. We receive whatever you send, including your email address, and we use it only to answer you.
Your progress — best distance, unlocked content, and sound and vibration settings — is saved locally on your device. We do not upload it, and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the game deletes it. In the browser version of our games, the equivalent data is stored in your browser’s local storage.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google’s certified consent interface. You may consent or decline, and declining still lets you play — you will simply see non-personalised ads.
You can change your decision at any time: open the game’s settings menu and choose Ad Consent.
On iPhone and iPad, the app asks for permission before tracking you across other companies’ apps and websites, as required by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. You can change this later in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads.
Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Game data stays on your device until you delete the game. Email you send us is kept only as long as needed to resolve your question. Advertising data is retained by Google according to its own retention policies, which we do not control.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.
Because we hold almost no information about you, most requests are handled quickly: deleting the game removes the data on your device, and the Ad Consent option in the game settings withdraws advertising consent. For anything else, write to us at the address below and we will respond.
We are based in the United States. Where our advertising partner processes data across borders, it does so under its own safeguards and legal transfer mechanisms.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how information is used will be reflected here before they take effect.
Questions about this policy, or about privacy in our games, can be sent to admin@morningbreeze.co.
